POSTING ADS | HOW TO POST THE SAME AD ON CRAIGSLIST | Duplicate Ads

Ever been blocked from posting the same ad because it says your posting duplicate ads? Most free classified ad. posting websites like Craigslist and EBay Classifieds won’t let you post duplicate ad postings.

  Posting multiple ads for your business is very important. For new businesses it could mean success or failure. Free classified ad sites have created scan systems to keep you from posting the same ad more than once, by searching for duplicates. These systems were created to keep spammers out. Some of the systems create a lot of hassle for business owners like me. Most of the time business owners are’nt trying to spam the Internet. They are just trying to create more than 1 of the same ads for because they either like the advertisement they built or they are trying to save time. Creating duplicate ad postings on classified ad websites is easy if you know how to do it. This can save you a ton of time and keep you from getting a headache every time you want to try to advertise your company!   Learning how to do this will save you hundreds, if not thousands of hours on the internet. Not to mention how much money your going to save you on advertising. There are 2 things that you need to learn about so that you can do this, cookies and broeser caches. These 2 things are how free classified ad sites keep you from posting similar ads that are the same or duplicates. I’m going to show you how to post the same classified ad, on the same site, over and over and over again. Out of all the Craigslist tips out there, this is probably the best one you cab learn.

  First you need to know what cookies are and how they operate. Cookies keep track of you and what you’re doing on the Internet. It only takes 1 minute to read a short article about cookies, so that you can understand what they do. You need to know how they operate. You might want to read this before you proceed, even if you already know what cookies are.

  Now you’re ready to start posting duplicate ads.

Step 1:
Create an ad for your business or sales product and publish it.

Step 2:
Now you need to clear your browsers cache and delete your cookies. Cookies are also called  “temporary internet files” and “private data”.  So if you see an option that says “clear private data” or “clear temporary internet files”, thats your cookies.

2. Clean your Cache: Click here to clear your browser’s cache.

Step 3:
Right click your mouse and highlight the original classified ad that you just created. Copy the original ad and go paste it into the description part of a new posting. You can put a new title in or copy and paste the original one. Fill out the rest of the information the same but do not publish it.

Step 4:
This is the most important step! You want to change the first sentence of your description. Some sites you might have to change the first 2 sentences. With Craigslist you only have to change the very first sentence unless its a really short sentence. Then I would recommend changing the 1st two. Changing one sentence is over a hundred times faster than having to create a whole new Ad. So basically all you gotta do is reword the first sentence or swap the 1st sentence out with the 2nd one.  I’ve been doing this for the last 7 years!

Step 5:
Do it all over again! Delete your cookies real quick. Paste the same ad or duplicate ad into the description box. Then change the first sentence and publish it. It’s that easy! 
Note: To post your third ad  You don’t need to re-copy the Ad again because it’s already copied. All you gotta do is paste, change the 1st sentence and publish.

Its not near as descriptive and its not better than this one… But, it does cover the details about changing the 1st sentence.   You can post as many duplicate ads as you want in the for sale section and all the other sections accept for the services offered section. You can do it in the services offered section, but you’re going to have to create another email. Once you get the email created you have to create another Craigslist account for that email. You might have to create more emails, it all depends on how many Ads you want to publish.  If you’re not posting ads in the services offered section you don’t need another email. You can create as many as you want just as long as the first sentence doesn’t match any of the sentences in the other ads.   The more business ads that you publish, the more leads you’re going to get. It’s that simple. Now if you want to create a lot of ad postings that are similiar, you need to create another email. If your advertising in the services offered section you can only publish so many advertisements per email. It all depends on which free classified advertising site that you’re posting ads are on. Craigslist allows three advertisement postings every two days in the services offered section. So that’s 3 ad postings per email. Some sites are unlimited.  Some sites will allow you five. It all depends on the website. Some websites you have to go as far as changing the IP address. I’m not going to explain that yet. That’s a gonna be a whole nother topic. It’s a little more advanced. I’m going to be explaining how to do that in the next posting. Craigslist is not one of those sites that you have to change your IP address on. Unless your doing some serious spamming. Also In the next informative posting that I publish, I will be covering some other sites that are very useful as far as getting more business. With some of these sites you might need to learn how to change your IP address to post multiple duplicate ads. I will be identifying those sites here sometime in the near future.
